ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Our orders are shipped by standard courier service to your destination.

We ship worldwide via standard courier. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your country of origin.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Greece: 2–3 business days

  • Europe, UK & Rest of the World: 4–6 business days

We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local customs fees or duties. These charges vary by country and are not calculated at checkout. Any customs charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that customs clearance delays may occasionally occur due to external circumstances beyond our control.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO boxes.

PAYMENT METHODS

Cash on Delivery

Credit Card
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you choose to pay by credit card, please enter your personal and card details during checkout. These are transmitted securely to the payment processor. Once your bank validates the transaction and available credit, the purchase amount will be charged to your card.

PayPal
PayPal is a quick and secure payment method that allows you to complete your purchase without re-entering your banking or card details, as your information is stored securely within your PayPal account.

Google Pay
For a fast, secure, and convenient checkout, you may also choose Google Pay. Look for the G Pay icon during payment.

Klarna
Klarna offers a smooth and secure way to get what you want now and pay later, with no fine print.

  • Spread the cost of your purchase over 3 interest-free instalments

  • The first payment is taken at checkout

  • The remaining two payments are automatically scheduled every 30 days

Select Klarna at checkout and enter your debit or credit card details. There are no fees or additional costs. As part of the approval process, Klarna performs a simple check of financial behaviour data, which does not affect your credit rating.

RETURNS, DAMAGES & OTHER ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

You may return products within 15 days of receipt, provided they have not been opened or used. To initiate a return, please contact us at
info@drvillyskincare.com to receive return instructions.

Returned goods must:

  • Remain unopened, unsealed, unused, and unrefilled

  • Be complete in the case of gift sets

  • Have all security seals intact

Lip products cannot be returned.

We do not offer product exchanges.

Returned shipments remain the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will only be issued once the returned items have been received and inspected. Return shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Please use a registered or trackable courier service and retain proof of postage. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 2–3 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider:

  • PayPal payments are refunded to your PayPal account

  • Cash on Delivery payments are refunded to your chosen bank account
