Our orders are shipped by Standard courier service to your destination.

We ship worldwide by Standard courier service. You can find the shipping charges once you proceed to checkout depending on your country of origin.

Estimated delivery time: Greece: 2 – 3 days / Europe, UK, and Rest of the World: 4 – 6 days

We aim to process your orders within 1-2 business days. Orders received during the weekend or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

A shipping confirmation email with your tracking details will be sent to you once your order is ready to ship.

All orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local Customs fees, or duties. Every country has different procedures for incoming packages. Dr. Villy Skincare does not estimate these charges during checkout and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that delays due to Customs clearance may occasionally occur due to external, unforeseen circumstances out of our control.

PAYMENT METHODS
- Cash on Delivery
- Credit Card: If you decide to pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express), please enter your personal information and credit card number on the payment form during checkout. These will then be sent to the payment processor via a secure connection. Once the bank has validated the transaction data as well as your line of credit and validates them, the purchase amount is charged to your credit card.
- Paypal: PayPal is a quick and safe method of payment, and it does not require you to enter your banking information or credit card number again, because your information is already stored in your PayPal account.
- Google Pay: For a quick, secure and convenient checkout, you may also choose Google Pay and look for the G Pay icon during payment.

Klarna: the smoothest and safest way to get what you want today and pay later. No fine print.
Spread the cost of your purchase over 3 interest-free instalments. The first payment is made at the time of purchase, while the remaining two installments are automatically scheduled every 30 days.
Select Klarna at checkout and enter your debit or credit card details. At no cost and no fees. As part of the approval process Klarna will perform a simple search of a financial behaviour data file. This will not affect your credit rating.

RETURNS, DAMAGES & OTHER ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

You may return products to us, provided that they have not been opened and used, within 15 days of receipt. Please contact us at info@drvillyskincare.com to obtain the return instructions.

Returned goods must NOT be opened, unsealed, used (except for damaged or defective goods), refilled or incomplete in the case of Gift sets. Any security seals must be untouched.

Lip Products cannot be returned.

We do not do exchange products.

Returned shipments remain the customer’s responsibility and a refund will not be issued until we have received the goods. Return shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Please use a registered mail or trackable courier service and retain proof of postage. We will contact you by email once we receive your package, to confirm your return has been processed.

Your refund will be issued in the form of original payment and may take 2-3 business days to reach you, depending on the card issuing bank. If you paid using Paypal, we will refund the balance to your Paypal account. If you paid Cash on Delivery, we will refund the amount to your bank of choice.
