This was the main message shared by Dr. Villy Rodopoulou, speaking at the "10th Panhellenic Forum - W4O Hellas - Women in Oncology," which was organized to mark International Women’s Day, from March 6 to 8, 2025, at the Sarogleio Mansion.
"I believe that external self-improvement is much more than just ‘appearance,’ as it provides invaluable support through self-confidence, wellness, self-care, and self-love. Seeing the best version of ourselves in the mirror is one of the most powerful antidepressants, especially when we are fighting the major battles of our lives!" emphasized Dr. Villy Rodopoulou.
As Dr. Rodopoulou explained, "According to studies published over many years, it is well known that aesthetic treatments—both invasive and non-invasive—offer significant psychological benefits to oncology patients, enhancing their confidence in their appearance and aiding their reintegration into social life and everyday activities."
