PRODUCT
Our products are medical grade because the formulations are created by doctors and chemists and have been extensively tried and tested on patients daily with outstanding clinical results.
Most of our products can be combined without problem but you should check the instructions for Bakuchiol and Vitamin C carefully as we do not recommend mixing these two serums, especially in the early days.

Not all products contain SPF, but Dr. Villy recommends applying sunscreen when exposed to sunlight or blue screens. You can find Dr. Villy’s tinted sunscreen in the online shop. A new non-tinted version is coming soon.
You should check each product’s instructions, where we indicate how to apply them and what products can be used together. We will also attach an instruction card with each shipment of products that require a specific routine.
- Vitamin C + F Serum and Skin Whitening Treatment should be used only at night during the hotter Summer months. The rest of the year they can be used morning and night.
- B + R Serum and Vitamin C + F serum should not be used together.
B + R Serum should be used only in the Winter months and at always at night: Apply a small amount (2-3 drops) on the entire face only at night. Gently massage it in circular and upward motions until fully absorbed. Avoid eye and mouth area. The product is suitable for all skin types.
Bakuchiol + Retinol Adjustment Period Instructions:
- First 2 weeks: Once / week only at night.
- 3rd & 4th week: Twice / week only at night.
- 5th & 6th week: 3 times / week only at night.
- After the 6 - week transitioning period, you can start using it daily, strictly at night, regardless of the season.
While using the Bakuchiol + Retinol 3% Signature Serum, remember to apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen the morning after, and reapply it throughout the day as needed.

All our products are cruelty free, not tested on animals. Most are free from animal by-products.
No, all products are paraben and fragrance-free. Some products may have a strong scent derived from its components, such as Bakuchiol and Vitamin C. This is common in this type of formulations, and it does not indicate that the product is faulty.
Yes, all products can be used by anyone! We have worked on formulations that suit everyone and extended this to fragrance and packaging.
Like most skincare on the market, we have not tested our line on pregnant or breastfeeding women. However, Dr. Villy has experience treating expecting mothers as well. We perform an exhaustive analysis of the formula and its components to check they are all compatible with this part of a woman's life. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, contact us and we can advise you on a case by case basis.

We accept most credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Paypal and Apple Pay. In Greece, we also accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Stay tuned for more payment options soon.
We currently ship worldwide with by Standard Courier service, domestic and international. For more details please visit our Shipping and Returns policy.
Order processing is usually 1-2 working days. Orders received during the weekend or public holidays will be processed the next working day. Shipping within Greece usually takes 1-2 days, and between 2-4 days within Europe, and 2-6 days for international orders outside of Europe. Delays due to external factors not related to our operation may occur from time to time due to international shipping disruptions.
Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
